Conclusion:
- The group talked about a film that was 30 years old (When Harry Met Sally) which is of a Romance genre. It was the younger women in the film that liked this film; aged 31. It was also mentioned that the women liked Rom-Com's which fits in with the genre of my film.
- A further genre which was mentioned was action and it appears that most action films have a main character as a male, this was then confirmed by the male of the group as being a good thing.
- It was stated that Rom-Com's generally have both a male and a female main character and this is needed for it to be a success.
- A favourite genre of film for one female was action but it was interesting to notice that she liked an action film which involved a female main character (Angelina Jolie), Another member who also commented on this gave an example of when Angelina Jolie actually helped the man in the film in order for him to succeed. This appears to occur quite often if a woman is used in an action genre film, e.g. 'The Heat', 'The Hunger Games', 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes', 'Lucy' etc.
- In terms of a Romance-Action film, this seemed to interest the group, but it was pointed out that most action films include the element of romance, e.g James Bond.
- For clothing ideas, it would depend on the type of film, day to day clothing in certain settings or in 'The Great Gatsby' where extravagance is needed this is acceptable or almost expected.
- The genre of horror/ vampire was strongly disliked by the group in the interview, so it is lucky that my film is not going to be of this genre. This discovery could also help with how I target my audience.- It was stated that Rom-Com's generally have both a male and a female main character and this is needed for it to be a success.

- When questioned about the possible locations it was favoured that the place be 'cool' and 'exotic' either with the weather or the specific room/ area, e.g Gossip Girl was suggested to have locations which are desirable and only the extremely rich could afford, the only possible way I could use this in my film would be through Chloe's clothing.
